Modular metal roofs impress with their high precision fit and easy installation. They significantly reduce construction time and minimise installation errors. Even smaller installation teams can install them without any problems. They are also durable and weather-resistant.

Roof modules can be installed quickly and easily thanks to precisely fitting, prefabricated elements. These are screwed together and to the roof truss structure. Pre-drilled holes are provided so that roof modules can be screwed together with a precise fit. The roof is installed in the same order as a classic tiled roof. As a system supplier, we provide matching lower and upper verge and eaves flashings, ridge caps with matching end caps and other accessories. Everything is firmly connected during installation.

Thanks to the customised manufacturing process, roof modules can be installed very quickly. Often, an entire roof can be covered in 1–2 days, depending on the roof shape, team size and weather conditions.

Yes, we have our own Electra system for our FEDURA roof systems. This is a substructure for PV systems that is ideal for use on FEDURA roofs. You can find more information at Construction for PV - ELECTRA

In order to install FEDURA roof modules, the battens must be spaced 350 mm apart. Further details on installation, laying direction and fastening are described in detail in the respective installation instructions.

The gutters are attached to the roof using rafter gutter brackets. To install the gutter bases, you will need pliers and special sealing and adhesive compound. Next, install the hanging sleeve, the transition to the downpipe and the downpipe. Further details on installation and fastening are described in detail in the installation instructions.

The Polaris roof drainage system is compatible with all FEDURA roof modules. These include the Astra, Diadem, Luna, Stella and Vega models, as well as the NOVA Click standing seam, which is available to order.

The system is made of steel. This steel is galvanised and coated, offering high resistance to corrosion, UV radiation and mechanical stress.

The Electra substructure for photovoltaic systems is compatible with all FEDURA roof modules. These include the Astra, Diadem, Luna, Stella and Vega models, as well as the NOVA Click standing seam, which is available to order.

By mounting with a double threaded screw, the load of the PV system is not transferred to the roof, but to the substructure/battens.

Snow guards are usually installed directly on the roof surface. They are securely screwed to the roof using the integrated brackets. Depending on the type of roof and region, several rows should be installed.

Snow guards are particularly important in regions with heavy snowfall to prevent large amounts of snow from suddenly sliding off the roof. They protect people, vehicles and parts of buildings from falling snow and ice. Whether snow guards are necessary depends on the roof pitch, snow load and local building regulations.
