Substructure ELECTRA
for photovoltaics.
Precisely fitting, corrosion-resistant systems ensure quick and safe installation of photovoltaic systems, reduce sources of error, and increase the cost-effectiveness of every project.
Extreme weight advantage due to weight transfer to the substructure.
When mounted directly on the rafters, the forces of the PV system are transferred directly into the supporting structure via the double threaded screw. The metal roofing remains unloaded, which prevents damage or deformation.
Advantage: A system with maximum weight optimisation that protects the roof structure while still offering maximum stability for the PV system.
Maximum corrosion protection for durable, high-quality solar roofs.
Magnelis® is a high-quality steel coating made of zinc, aluminum and magnesium which is applied using a hot-dip process. It offers significantly better corrosion protection than conventional galvanizing and is even suitable for aggressive environments such as coastal or industrial areas. The magnesium content provides a self-healing effect that automatically protects cut edges and scratches. This makes components more durable, requires less maintenance, and is often lighter because less material thickness is needed. For roofers and PV installers, this means longer durability, lower follow-up costs and satisfied customers.
The Electra substructure for photovoltaic systems is compatible with all FEDURA roof modules. These include the Astra, Diadem, Luna, Stella and Vega models, as well as the NOVA Click standing seam, which is available to order.
By mounting with a double threaded screw, the load of the PV system is not transferred to the roof, but to the substructure/battens.
